This project shows how a place becomes recognisable as plotted lines gradually accumulate. The invitation to guess the location draws attention to which details help viewers identify an image. Students can explore how line density, detail selection and drawing order affect recognition, and consider how the plotting process itself can hold an audience’s attention.
